Joseph (Jake) Klein is a writer, speaker, and filmmaker. His book, Redefining Racism: How Racism Became “Power + Prejudice,” is available now.
Jake is the co-founder and editor of The Black Sheep, and the lead writer and co-producer of the YouTube channel Beyond Now. He recently served as a content creator for the Foundation for Economic Education and as the Director of Media Production at the Foundation Against Intolerance & Racism (FAIR), where he worked with FAIR’s high-profile members and supporters to produce media communicating FAIR’s pro-human message to the public.
Prior to joining FAIR, Jake founded and ran the Capital Research Center’s Dangerous Documentaries division, where he served as executive producer on the feature film No Safe Spaces and producer on the Politically Incorrect Guide animated series, amongst other projects.
Jake's opinion writing has appeared in Quillette, The Washington Examiner, The Washington Times, and other publications. As a public speaker, Jake has opened on stage for Richard Dawkins and debated at the Dissident Dialogues festival.
Jake graduated with a degree in Film & Television from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts.
Jake volunteers as the Virginia State Director for Atheists for Liberty.
